Most lost things are not stolen. They are found. A laptop bag left in a taxi, a water bottle on a school bus, a suitcase that came off the belt at the wrong carousel. Somebody is holding your belongings right now and would happily return them, if only they knew who to call.

The Lost & Found pack is six QR tags that answer that question for them.

Each of the six tags is unique, so you can label six different things and know which one has been found. Stick them on a laptop bag, a suitcase, a child's water bottle, a camera case, a set of keys, a musical instrument. When you get an alert, you know immediately what turned up and where.

Whoever finds the item scans the tag with their phone camera. No app, no sign-up. A short form opens where they can tell you what they found and where they are, and share their own number or a location if they choose to. The form asks for a reason, so you get context rather than a bare notification.

The alert reaches you on WhatsApp in a median of under five seconds. From there you can message them back or take a private call, arranging the handover directly.

Throughout, your phone number stays hidden. It is stored encrypted with AES-256 and never displayed to the person who found your things. A private call is bridged by our system, so neither side ever sees the other's real number, and the connection is not kept afterwards.

The tags carry no personal information on their face. Somebody looking at your suitcase on a carousel learns nothing about you. The details only exist behind the scan, and only what you have chosen to share.

There is no tracking of any kind. These are not GPS trackers and there is no battery inside. A tag is silent until the moment somebody scans it.

Each tag is activated the same way: scan it, verify your number, and give the item a name so you recognise it in an alert. Unused tags can sit in a drawer until you need them.

If you give something away or replace it, deactivate that tag from your dashboard and reuse it on the next thing. Six tags, one payment, no subscription. The print is weatherproof and UV-resistant, for luggage that gets handled roughly.
