Welcome to Scan2Connect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scan2Connect website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GrowSpeak Education Services LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, scanning a Scan2Connect QR code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scan2Connect provides QR-code-based contact bridging and communication services. Vehicle owners, professionals, and businesses can attach Scan2Connect QR codes to their property or display them on profiles. People who scan a code can reach the owner via a privacy-protected communication channel (call masking, WhatsApp message, or in-app messaging), without ever seeing the owner's personal phone number.
The Service also supports automated WhatsApp messaging for transactional notifications (missed-call callbacks, scan alerts, OTPs, and similar) sent on behalf of account holders to people who have engaged with their QR code.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to register the associated contact details (phone number, email, and vehicle/property information, if applicable).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@scan2connect.in of any unauthorised use.

The Service uses the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta) and other third-party platforms to deliver messages on your behalf. By using the Service you authorise us to send messages from a Scan2Connect-managed WhatsApp Business number to recipients who have engaged with your QR code or who you have a pre-existing business relationship with.
All message templates used by the Service are approved by Meta in advance. We do not send free-form unsolicited content. WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Recipients can stop messages at any time by replying STOP (or local equivalent) to the WhatsApp number, which honours opt-out requirements globally.
Each Scan2Connect QR code is associated with a specific account or vehicle/property. You agree to attach codes only to property you own or are authorised to label. We are not responsible for misuse of QR codes you have removed and discarded, or for transferred property where the code has not been re-assigned.
If a QR code is reported lost, stolen, or misused, contact us so we can revoke or re-associate the code.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@scan2connect.in.
Basic Scan2Connect features are available at no charge to consumer account holders. Some advanced features (analytics, multi-vehicle management, business profiles, etc.) may be offered as paid plans. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for paid features are disclosed at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms when you subscribe.
All Scan2Connect software, branding, designs, and content are owned by Scan2Connect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of the personal information and content you upload (profile photos, vehicle details, etc.). You grant Scan2Connect a limited licence to use that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@scan2connect.in. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses unacceptable risk. On termination, your QR codes are deactivated and any pending scheduled messages are cancelled.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that messages will always be delivered, received, or actioned by the intended recipient.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scan2Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or reputation, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fees you paid to Scan2Connect in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in-app message. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
